Meetex Australia Pty Ltd is an associate company of the parent company originally established in Fiji under the name Meetex (Fiji) Limited. Meetex Fiji Limited has been operating since 1985 in Fiji servicing the local and the South Pacific Island countries with products that were imported from other countries. The company is mainly an export/import-oriented business and has been primarily involved in food products, hardware products, cosmetics, clothing material and other general products.

In late 1990s the company diversified and went into exporting Kava raw material to major countries like Germany, France, Italy, Spain, UK, India and USA. Our company became the leading exporter of the above product and was also complimented with the Winner of FTIB Special Commendation Award for Excellent Export Performance in the year 1998 by the Fiji Trade and Investment Board. This also provided the contacts in these countries for further export sales.

Recently Meetex Fiji Ltd in the need to increase its operational base established a company in Australia under the name Meetex Australia Pty Ltd to establish trade with these countries by exporting Australian produced products.

Meetex Australia Pty Ltd would initially focus primarily on export of Australian products to countries such as USA, India and the South Pacific Islands Countries, since it has identified particular market needs in these countries. However our primary service of export in sourcing products and financing the imports for our established clients has been maintained.

Furthermore in order to capitalize on the import and export within the Pacific region a branch was also established in New Zealand under the name Meetex (NZ) Limited to cater for products to and from New Zealand.

Our company is always looking for products that are demanded and could be prospective for our clients. We provide service by way of proposing any new products that are available to our established customers.
